Pure Water Cleaning

How does an RO/DI System Work?

The process starts with a pre-cleaning that removes particles from the water. Once the water passes the first stage of treatment it then continues onto several more stages of filtration before it's then sent through the reverse osmosis membrane. Pressure gauges are used to measure the inlet and outlet pressures. These gauges will permeate water that is cleaned and stores it for future use, the water that does not pass this process is recycled.

The reverse osmosis process uses very fine filters. Water passed with high pressure through the membrane; the membranes pores are so small that only pure water can pass through. Leaving bigger particles like lead and silicates to be left behind from the water during this filtration process. It the passes through a DI filter. Deionized water is water that goes through the process of removing ions from it. This water is passed through a deionized reaction. Here, dissolved particles in the water are removed through deionization. This leaves pure water. Water with a TDS of zero is what I use guaranteeing clean windows with no water marks.
